Refund Policy - the basics
At DigitalThrob Limited ("DigitalThrob", "we", "us", or "our"), we provide digital marketing services, consulting, and digital products. Because our offerings include immediate-access digital materials and dedicated professional work, we operate under a strict no-refund policy.
All sales of digital products, including courses, guides, templates, and downloadable materials, are final. Once access is granted, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, these products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Payments for professional services such as ad management, consulting, and campaign setup are also non-refundable. These fees compensate for time, expertise, and work already performed. If a service is cancelled mid-cycle, no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period.
For subscriptions or recurring services, you may cancel at any time by contacting us. However, cancellations must be made at least three business days before the next billing date to avoid being charged. Payments already processed are non-refundable.
Event tickets, including webinars or workshops, are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Refund exceptions are only considered in rare circumstances. These include duplicate purchases made within 24 hours or technical defects where a purchased digital file is inaccessible and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Outside of these situations, all purchases remain final.
